AI product company · founded 2026

AI that builds a wealthier and freer world.

Fairbird builds AI products for real work: finding a job that will sponsor your visa, running a trading company, teaching a class, claiming the benefits you're entitled to. Five products, five fields.

What we're after

Move real-world productivity. It has to get into the real world, change what people can actually get done, and build a wealthier and freer world — not stop at a demo or a chat window.

Real-world impact

An AI product is worth what it changes: someone got the job, got the hours back, got the money. We build things that can be measured that way.

Fair

The opportunities are there; the rules just were never published. Our job is to dig them out and put them in the open, where anyone can read and use them.

Free

Freedom comes from reach. The systems big companies run on, the know-how insiders carry, the advice consultants sell — we put those within reach, so people have a real choice.

Fair. Free. The name wasn't an accident.

What we've built

Different fields. The same problem underneath. Five products, each starting the same way: somebody was locked out of something they were entitled to, because the system was never built to be read. Visas, trade, classrooms, senior benefits, a pickleball court — only the setting changes.

Geth1b is the furthest along and has the hardest numbers, so it's the one we show in detail.

Lead product · geth1b.com

Geth1b — find the jobs that will sponsor you

Every year, tens of thousands of international graduates in the U.S. apply to companies that will never sponsor them. Not because they aren't qualified, but because nowhere does it say which employers actually file H-1B petitions, which quietly stopped this year, and which are exempt from the lottery.

That information exists — scattered across government filings and tens of thousands of company career systems. Nobody had assembled it. We did, and we redo it every day.

01

Rank what's actually worth applying to

Sorted by major, skills and visa status — filtered down to employers with a real sponsorship record.

02

Rewrite the resume against each posting

It names the specific keywords this one job is missing from your resume.

03

Find an alum inside who can refer you

Referrals get answered 6–8× more often than cold applications, which is why this is its own step.

04

Run the interview before the interview

Questions in this company's actual style, then a five-dimension debrief on what to practice next.

EZ Waimao AI

Feature-complete · servers paused
FIG 01 — DOCUMENT CHAIN

A full ERP built for small trading companies — at a size and price they can actually run.

  • Inquiry, quote, order, shipment and invoice run as one chain — each document turns into the next instead of being retyped
  • Chinese, U.S. GAAP and IFRS books kept in parallel, multiple ledgers, consolidated reporting
  • Inventory down to batch and serial number, expiry-first outbound, and shelf age visible at a glance
  • The AI assistant reads the documents you upload and fills the fields in for you
EZ Waimao AI task board showing export orders across four columns
Task board in a demo workspace — quotes, bookings, customs and payments, each visible at the stage it's actually in.

Smart Whiteboard

In testing · shipping soon
FIG 02 — DRAGGABLE CONCEPT

A K-12 teaching whiteboard. The concepts that words alone never land become things a student drags with a finger.

  • Aligned to U.S. standards line by line — one hands-on manipulative per concept
  • Fractions, moon phases, geometric transformations: drag them and the numbers follow, and they can't be dragged into a state where the theorem stops holding
  • Handwritten expressions are recognised on the spot, so nobody stops to type
  • Generates worksheets by grade and difficulty, in six languages

Senior Benefits Navigator

Data ready · interface in build
FIG 03 — ELIGIBILITY MATCH

Millions of older Americans qualify for benefits they have never heard of.

  • Matched county by county, because U.S. benefits differ by county and a national answer helps nobody
  • 46,549 facilities and 6,224 referral agencies indexed, down to the individual provider
  • Backed by 3.37 million rows of county-level Medicare Advantage enrolment data
  • It answers the question that matters: what am I eligible for, and where do I claim it
Senior Benefits Navigator matching a 68-year-old to 35 programs
Four questions in: a 68-year-old on a limited income qualifies for 35 programs — most of which they have never heard of.

Pickleball AI

In testing
FIG 04 — LINE CALL

A phone on a tripod gives an amateur court both a referee and a coach.

  • One phone on a tripod. No hardware to buy
  • It finds the court lines on its own and calls the ball in or out as it happens
  • After the game, a breakdown of which shots should have gone differently
  • Calibrated at 26 real venues, not in a lab

How we work

Four rules we actually hold to

Start from first principles

We don't build something a certain way because that's how it's usually done. Every decision has to survive the question "why" — and if it can't, we go back.

The data is the moat

Our edge is the data: 68,000 sponsored roles, verified, classified and re-crawled every single day. It's slow, dirty work, and it's the part nobody can copy.

Ship to people

Our products are open to the public from day one. What we build goes in front of actual users immediately, and we find out the same day.

Test everything before it ships

Normal path, edge cases, bad input — all of it gets exercised before anything counts as shipped.

Join us

Four kinds of people we're looking for

The team is small and there are five products, so everyone's surface area is wide. If you want a tightly scoped role with clear boundaries, this isn't it. If you want to watch something you built get used the next morning, let's talk.

Engineering

Software engineering

From crawling pipelines to the pages users touch. Best fit: someone who likes carrying one thing all the way from idea to production.

Data

Data

Government filings, company job systems, dozens of sources, all messy. Your job is turning that into numbers we can stand behind.

QA

Testing & QA

Professional skeptics. Someone who asks "the interface promises this — can the screen actually deliver it?" is worth more than someone who just writes cases.

Growth

Marketing & growth

Five products mean five completely different audiences: students, trading-company owners, teachers, older Americans, weekend athletes. Reaching them, and explaining plainly what we do, has no playbook yet.
